All orders are carefully handcrafted and packaged with love. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
**Domestic Shipping (United States)**
- **Standard Shipping:** 3-7 business days - $5.00
- **Priority Shipping:** 2-3 business days - $10.00
- **Express Shipping:** 1-2 business days - $20.00
**International Shipping**
- International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Camilla Jade Designs jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
Items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (due to health regulations)
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Return
1. **Contact us** at camilla@camillajadedesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order
1. **Include** your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
1. **Wait for confirmation** - we’ll send you return instructions and a return authorization
1. **Ship items back** using a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS with tracking)
1. **Get your refund** within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Return Shipping Costs
- **Defective or incorrect items:** We cover return shipping costs
- **Change of mind/size exchanges:** Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- **Tip:** We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items)
- Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process after we receive your return
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style! Follow the return process above and indicate in your email what you’d like to exchange for. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:
- **Contact us immediately** (within 48 hours of delivery) at camilla@camillajadedesigns.com
- **Include photos** of the damage and packaging
- **We’ll make it right** with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
1. Contact your local post office with the tracking number
1. File a claim with the shipping carrier
We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. We’ll provide design approval before creating your piece to ensure you love the final result.
